What Makes Revere Great? What Could Make It Even Better?
We need to hear from YOU!
The MGH Center for Community Health Improvement and Revere CARES is partnering with the City and local organizations to determine the most important health issues affecting residents and to develop a plan to address them. The survey is available in English and in Spanish and can be found online at Revere.org. You can also find a link to the survey and/or receive a paper copy of the survey at many local organizations including the Revere Library, MGH Revere Health Center and Revere City Hall.
As a community partner I am asking for your participation. If you are a resident of Revere or you work in Revere, please take five minutes of your time to answer the following questions. Please note, the answers you provide are anonymous...this means personal identifiers are not linked to your answers in any way.
In the spring this data will be reviewed with other data in order to determine what health issues are important to and are affecting the City of Revere in order to develop a plan to address them. A final report detailing this plan will be shared with the community in September.
